Liverpool Health and Wellbeing Board is consulting on the pharmacy needs of the local population.
Your feedback will be used as the framework to inform commissioning pharmacy services for the next three years. This includes dispensing chemist services as well as public health and other services that pharmacies may provide.
Your views are important to us, so please take the time to complete this short online survey to help us shape the future of pharmacy services in your local area.
The closing date for responses is 31st May 2017.
Any information provided in this survey will be processed by Liverpool City Council in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
What happens next?
This public consultation will form part of the legally required needs assessment. A draft of the needs assessment will be sent to the Health and Wellbeing Board in July, followed by a formal 60 day consultation in September.
The agreed policy will then be published on the Liverpool City Council website on 1st April 2018.
