Citizens advice on prescription
Provided by Liverpool Citizens Advice Bureau, this service requires a referral from a member of the team within the practice, and should benefit people experiencing problems such as:
-Threats of eviction
-Fuel disconnection
-Benefit suspension or cut off
-Job Loss
-High interest lending (loan sharks and pay day loan providers)
-Bailiff Action
-Complex debt issues
-Problems with budgeting and understanding of credit and financial services.
Ask at reception, or your GP or nurse if you would like a referral.

Please note that eConsults are switched off when capacity is reached, and a banner will appear above when this happens.
This is generally around 1-2pm each day but can be sooner if demand is very high.
Urgent problems will always still be attended to, and phone lines remain open for urgent problems even when routine capacity is reached.
