How to register

We accept registrations from people living in postcodes L1, L2 and L3.  Click the button below to use the online patient registration form.

NOTE: the form states it is for student registration, but can in fact be used for any patients. We are in the process of making this clearer, but in the mean time go ahead and used the online form whether or not you are a student.

If you do not live within these postcodes, you may still be eligible to register, but you will need to read the information about out of area registration before applying.

We endeavour to process registrations immediately to enable a smooth transition from one practice to another.  Please note though that it can sometimes take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous GP practice.  You can still be seen during this period, but it would be very helpful to bring in any copies of old prescriptions or relevant letters if you are needing medications during this time.
