How to register

We accept registrations from people living in postcodes L1, L2 and L3.  Click the button below to use the online patient registration form. 

If you do not live within these postcodes, you may still be eligible to register, but you will need to read the information about out of area registration before applying.

Everyone living in England has the right to free care from a GP. Our receptionists won’t ask you about your immigration status.

We endeavour to process registrations immediately to enable a smooth transition from one practice to another.  Please note though that it can sometimes take several weeks for records to transfer from your previous GP practice.  You can still be seen during this period, but it would be very helpful to bring in any copies of old prescriptions or relevant letters if you are needing medications during this time.
